When you submit these details, the market manager will advise you by email or phone to confirm availability.
In times of high demand and when the market if fully booked, the market manager will be occupied looking after those stall-holders already booked. In this case, there may not be time to respond to the request you are about to send. If you have not had a response by email or by phone by one week prior to the market, you can safely assume the market has been booked out and your application has failed.
If this is the case, your request will be put in a database of prospective stall-holders and you will be contacted when a vacancy eventually occurs.
